Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.11.2018 in connection with Excise Case No. 1691 of 2018 arising out of Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 413 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that alleged recovery was made from a bush and not from conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise
