The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. During investigation, witnesses have stated that petitioner was not involved in the alleged occurrence. As per the allegations levelled in the first information report, 9 persons are alleged to have assaulted the deceased, but the Post Mortem Report shows only one injury on the person of the deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.25478 of 2017 (3) dt.24-07-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
