The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/341/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though they are named in the First Information Report, no specific role has been assigned to them. It is submitted that at best the petitioner are said to have attacked the informant with hands and fists and not otherwise. The main allegation is against Swami Nath Rai and Bhikhar Rai, who were said to have used fire-arms.

No.27684 of 2016 (2) dt.04-08-2016 P2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made and that these petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 147/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
