JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 By way of present modification application, petitioner seeks to modify the satisfaction portion of order 12.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14915 of 2017, vide which this petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 12.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14915 of 2017, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the court below and furnish bail bonds of 25,000/- to the Satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Patna, but the petitioner was not allowed to furnish the bail bonds by the court below on the ground that at that time the presiding officer was Ashutosh Kumar Rai, Ist Class Judicial Magistrate - cum ACJM-VI, Patna city, Dist. Patna and,

No.26211 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the satisfaction portion of the order dated 12.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14915 of 2017, may be modified. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 12.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14915 of 2017 is modified to the extent that satisfaction portion of the said order be read as Ashutosh Kumar Rai, Ist Class Judicial Magistrate-cum ACJM- VI, Patna City, Dist. Patna in place of ACJM -VI, Patna City. With the above observation this modification application is allowed.
