2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:
"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnor who have with a calculated intention willfully disobey the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 20746 of 2021 dated 07.11.2022."

4. The stand of the State is that the show cause is on record and there is no reply which clearly show that the grievance has been redressed.
