2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 10 pieces of bottle/pouch each containing 180 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered from the seized scooty, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the scooty, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
