The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jadia P.S. Case No. 60/2009, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the victim made allegation that the petitioners kidnapped her daughter to marry with her. It is submitted that the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. She disclosed in her statement that her mother filed a false case. From perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioners moved for anticipatory bail firstly in A.B. P. No. 310/2009 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40832 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 secondly, A.B.P. No. 742/2011 which were rejected. The petitioners file this petition for anticipatory bail after six years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
