The following is the relief which the petitioner is seeking :- "For a direction to the respondent Zila Parishad, Supaul/D.D.C.-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Supaul to reconsider the case of the petitioner for refund of entire amount of settlement of Triveniganj Bus stand of settlement of financial year since 01/04/2020 to 31.03.2021 as other similarly situated settlement holder of Ramnavmi Mela Ground, Triveniganj has been refunded the all settlement money vide memo No. 844-2 dated 13.03.2021,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10323 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 issued from the office of Collector, Supaul but the case of the petitioner has been treated in another manner which is discrimination and violation of provision of Article-14 of the Constitution of India."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach Respondent No. 3 by making a representation raising his grievance as raised in the present writ application.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as sought for on behalf of the petitioner and is disposed of accordingly.
