2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 dated 14.04.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the folder of the petitioner which was provided to the petitioner by the District Programme Officer (Est.), Department of Education, Bettiah, West Champaran, wherein it was found that the mark-sheets and certificate purportedly issued by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board were fake and it was also found that only Roll Code Nos.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28488 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/3 01 to 67 had been issued by the Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna for the Intermediate Examination, 1985 whereas Roll Code No. 88 has been mentioned in the mark-sheets of the petitioner. The petitioner has worked many years as a Government Teacher on fake educational certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner was appointed after counselling and verification of the documents as Panchayat Teacher in the year 2005 at Government Primary School, Kotwa, Siswan, Block-Mainatand, West Champaran. He was appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of the qualification of Matric with Teacher Training (Matric Trained). The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. Moreover, the petitioner has been terminated from his service by the office of the Panchayat Niyojan Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj Bhangaha, Block-Mainatand, West Champaran vide its Letter No. 9 dated 2615/2023, annexed as Annexure-3 to the present bail petition. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail application. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 18.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well the period of custody, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023.
7. The application stands allowed.
