Case No. 227 of 2015, dated 25.04.2015, instituted for the offences under Section 341, 323, 498-A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the report which has been received in compliance of this Court's order dated 18.01.2021. In view of the report of the Court below that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50615 of 2015(5) dt.08-02-2021 2/2 cognizance has been taken in the case against the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the present application which is for quashing of the F.I.R.

The application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
