JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 The petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail on 23.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 46896 of 2016 in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016.

However, the petitioners could not furnish bail bonds in pursuance of that order.

Now prayer is for modification of the aforesaid order and extension of the time to furnish the bail bonds. By way of last indulgence, prayer is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit rupees two thousand in the victim compensation fund and shall produce a receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds within further six weeks.

With the aforesaid observation the modification application stands disposed off.
