2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. According to prosecution case, some unknown miscreants committed murder of the deceased and threw the dead body in Chour.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The case has been lodged against unknown persons and there is nothing against the petitioner except the

The case of the petitioner is on exactly similar to the case of co-accused Prashant Kumar who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16463 of 2025.

5. On the other hand, Mr. Madan Kumar, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Rosera in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
