This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Harnaut (Telmar) PS Case No. 251 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in the instant case is that one country made rifle and one broken double barrel gun with eight live cartridges were recovered. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Laljeet Sharma @ Lalji Sharma has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3900 of 2019 vide order dt. 25.01.2019.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut (Telmar) PS Case No. 251 of 2018.
