Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner being the husband is apprehending arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 649 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 498(A), 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the wife is also ready to sett;e the dispute amicably and as such the matter may be referred to Mediation Centre.
Considering the aforesaid understanding between the parties, the application is disposed of with a direction to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23474 of 2020(2) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 court below to refer the matter before the Mediation Centre so that the dispute between the parties may be settled amicably. In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 649 of 2019 pending in the court of learned CJM, Sasaram, Rohtas.
