The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nabinagar P.S. Case No.322 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The informant alleged that her husband and father-inlaw, mother-in-law used to torture her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. When the informant informed her parents and brother, they came but the petitioners also assaulted her father and brother and snatched all ornaments from possession of the informant. The informant further alleged that her husband used to take wine and assault her on each and every day.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79266 of 2018(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2013. The husband and the wife are quarreling with each other and on account of the dispute with her husband, the informant implicated the entire family members.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.322 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
