The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant within two years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand of Motorcycle. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30938 of 2016 (2) dt.04-08-2016 below.

Considering the nature of accusation and the dead body was recovered from the field of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, East Champaran at Motihari.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
