The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 592 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 506, 509, 354, 376, 384, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged against the petitioner only because the informant, namely, Manju Devi was having inimical relation with one Sanjay Kumar Singh, who had also filed a case against her. It is further submitted that in the said case, the petitioner had deposed as witness, for that reason the petitioner has been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted and as stated in the supplementary affidavit that even her deposition, the informant, Manju Devi has failed to identify this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25196 of 2014 (3) dt.15-09-2015 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record as well as petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 592 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
