The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S.Case No. 244 of 2016 registered under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
