2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner obtained the job of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated academic documents.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has already dismissed from the post of Panchayat Teacher contained in Memo No. 01(MU) dated 26.07.2023 issued under the signature of the Panchayat Secretary, Pyarepur, Baikunthpur, Gopalganj on record. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the dismissal order of the petitioner from the aforesaid post and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. case no 15 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
