2. Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dt. 3.1.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35268 of 2022 with an observation to the trial court to conclude the trail within a period of six months.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the direction of this Court, trial has not been concluded as yet due to the latches on the part of the prosecution. It is also submitted that one of the co-accused Mangal Dom whose, bail petition had been rejected by this Court, has been granted bail vide order dt. 13.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 58840 of 2023 on the ground that there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since

4. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions JudgeVII Saran at Chhapra.
