The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No.512 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of setting Neha Kumari, the daughter of the informant, on fire by her husband and her other-in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand, who died, later on, in course of treatment.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the daughter of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case on mere
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36524 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 suspicion. In fact, the daughter of the informant sustained burn injury at the time of cooking food and she was taken to the hospital for treatment but she died in course of treatment. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.512 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
