JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Considering the fact that the statement "nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner" was found incorrect. The order granted bail dated 15.01.2019 is recalled as it was based on wrong statement. Application for regular bail of petitioner stands rejected in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, registered under Section 379, 511, 420, 120 (B0, 411, 413 and 414/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
