In the present petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:
"That, this is an application for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions for quashing the order passed by the Chief General Manager, Telecom, Bihar Circle, Patna-1 as contained in his Memo No.
ST/54-0A/352/1998 dated 14.12.2007, by which, he was pleased to reject the claim of the petitioner for regularization of the service on the group-IV post."
Patna High Court CWJC No.10229 of 2021 dt.24-02-2022 2/2 Petitioner is stated to have been working with the BSNL as a Mazdoor. His grievance is for regularization in the BSNL. The persons who claimed any relief with the BSNL, like service condition, they have remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal in the light of Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act read with Apex Court's decision rendered in the case of S.P. Sampath Kumar V. Union of India reported in (1987) 1 SCC 124 and in the case of L. Chandra Kumar V. Union of India & Ors. reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdiction Central Administrative Tribunal. (P. B.
