====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that on the basis of confession of petitioner No. 1, dead body of the deceased is said to have been recovered from the tank situated in the house of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2.

A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported that out of 9 prosecution witnesses, eight prosecution

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24858 of 2020(3) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 witnesses have already examined.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the nature of allegation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 169 of 2018 is rejected. Learned trial court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial of the petitioners preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
