====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 559 of 2021 dated 02.08.2021 registered for the offences punishable u/s 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the wife of the informant left her house and went somewhere with one Kundan Chaudhary. The mobile no. of Kundan Chaudhary is 9708764355. It is further alleged that the informant's brothrin-law received a call on his mobile from another Mobile No. 6200822688 in which he was told that if the informant came there, his things would be returned and when the informant tried to contact the said Mobile number, it was found switched off.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25941 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case because the said Mobile No. 6200822688 which was used in the instant case is registered on the name of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no active role in the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 13.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 559 of 2021.

7. The application stands allowed.
