The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Since the Tribunal established under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 is already functioning, the Court considers that this dispute can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal.

Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
