JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Ashish Kumar, who has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77065 of 2018. It appears that except the above-stated confessional statement as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.
