Petitioner is an accused in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that on perusal of records, it appears that in the present case, fardbeyan was recorded after investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.08.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
