JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 172 of 2021 arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having looted cash sum to the tune of Rs. 13,53,810/- from Bank of India, Motipur Branch, whereafter they had fled away.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24785 of 2022(3) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 liberty to renew his prayer for bail immediately upon framing of charges. Liberty so sought is granted.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
