JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 26-02-2015 The learned counsel, Mr. Neeraj Kumar, AC to SC 22 seeks permission to withdraw this First Appeal in view of the Notification of the State Governments being Notification No.14/D.L.A.-Neeti-(First Appeal)- 113/13-1544/Ra. dated 03.12.2014 wherein the State Government has decided to withdraw all the First Appeals, the value of which is less than three lakhs arising out of land acquisition matter. The valuation of this First Appeal is less than three lakhs and arises out of land acquisition matter.
