ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved for some reason or the other. Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.4.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. case No.773 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No.5310 of 2012 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur. However, from now on the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
