The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj Mahila P.S.Case No.52/18 registered under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is delay of four months in lodging the F.I.R. He is in custody since 11.8.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,
