Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Case No.20C2/2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution report, total 905 litres foreign liquor was recovered from Tata Sumo Victa vehicle. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was standing near the vehicle. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2019 having clean antecedents.
