The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vikash Kumar, who was apprehended on spot with stolen motorcycle. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24854 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S.
