ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S.Case No. 76 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is squarely against the son-in-law of the informant and not against the petitioner.

Considering the nature of the allegation made and that it was moreover a family dispute and further that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29280 of 2015 (3) dt.06-10-2015 order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S.Case No. 76 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
