2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Agion Bazar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with a dispute between the son of Nand Kishore Yadav and the informant's son.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged, as well as the petitioner said to be the main assailant causing injury on the informant's brother by firearm which appears to support the accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
