The petitioners being the sister, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture and performing second marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the complainant and accusation of torture is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Complaint Case No. 570 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
