Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The daughter of the informant was married with elder brother of the petitioner ten years ago. She was mother of two children. One was aged about nine years and another was younger, who died in due course. Thereafter, brother of this petitioner also died. Then daughter of the informant married with this petitioner.
Allegation is that the petitioner was pressurizing the informant to get her second daughter married with the petitioner and for that dispute and differences, allegation is that

Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence of murder. In fact, the victim had fell down from the roof and sustained injury at the back side of her head, as a result whereof she died. The doctor has also found single head injury at the back side of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.53 of 2019, arising out of Jagdishpur Police Station Case No.327 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
