ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.04.2014 by which the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur has refused to release the vehicle bearing Truck No. WB 23A3198 seized in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 230 of 2013 on the pretext that the documents were not clear.

In such a situation, the Petitioner is directed to produce the documents before the Court below upon which the Court below is directed to call for a Report from the relevant authorities to satisfy himself on the authenticity of the same and, thereafter, release the vehicle on bond as it deem fit and proper. The entire exercises should be completed within two months from the date of receipt of this order. The Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
