JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to grant pension and pay pension to petitioner under J.P Senani Samman Yojna Home (Special) Department, Government of Bihar, Patna."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17969 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
