In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.110 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Statement of the victim-girl itself indicates the manner she was taken to the Nepal territory in an unconscious state and forcibly married with Kishan Kumar. At that time, the father and uncle of Kishan Kumar i.e. the present petitioners were also present and later on, she was sexually assaulted by Kishan Kumar.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25925 of 2017 (3) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
