Apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No. 1867 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners, who are devar, bhainsur and father-in-law, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It is stated that it was the second marriage of the son of the petitioner no. 3 with the complainant. Counsel for the petitioners reiterated the submissions which were made before the learned Sessions Judge who have taken note of in the impugned order. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 3 being father-inlaw is always ready and willing to support the complainant as her

Considering the submissions made by him, the petitioners abovenamed are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IX, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 1867 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with the further following conditions: (i) One of the bailers shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
(ii) Along with the bail bond, petitioner no. 3 shall furnish the evidence showing payment/deposit of a sum of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of the complainant.
