That the present writ application is being preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, orders/ orders for commanding and directing the respondent authorities with respect to the payment of arrear salary/wages as well as the current to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17605 of 2015(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 petitioners due since 26-06-2007 to till date for which he is denied unreasonably and maliciously by ignoring the facts and circumstances that the petitioner was duly appointed by the order dated 11-01-2007 passed by the learned Labour Court, Muzaffarpur in Case No. Ref. 02/98, under which learned court made direction to respondent authority to reinstate the service of petitioners. (ii). An appropriate writ/ writs, orders/ orders for commanding and directing the respondents authorities to make regularization of petitioners service in light of resolution passed by the State Government in its own official gazette dated 25.4.2006 and for the other necessary relief / reliefs on the basis of the fact and circumstance hereinabove mentioned in the present writ application."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
