The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihra P.S. Case No. 116/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Ranju Devi with back of spade on her nose causing bleeding. It is submitted that all the family members along with the informant are assaulted. The doctor found the injury simple in nature but it appears that it was the petitioner who assaulted with back of spade on the nose of the informant causing profuse bleeding. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
