The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 285 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the alleged occurrence. He is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.25715 of 2017 (3) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 285 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
