The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case no. 322 of 2018, registered under Section 341, 323, 504, 506, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that five persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, entered in the house of informant Shilpa Kumari, who was cooking the food. At that time, Raj Kishore Singh, Sanjeev Singh and petitioner assaulted her husband by means of Iron rod upon which her husband sustained nose injury. At that time, Kajal Singh snatched her golden mangalsutra worth of Rs. 40,000/- and golden chain worth of Rs. 60,000/-

No.79257 of 2018(4) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, admittedly, the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the informant and due to land dispute, occurrence of Marpit took place. Further submission is that injuries as found on person of husband of the informant is simple in nature, except injury No.2 which is on shoulder of the husband of the informant, whereas the allegation against the petitioner is to cause injury at the nose of the husband of informant is simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
