The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "To issue a writ in nature of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.7218 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/3 commanding/directing the Respondents in particularly, the Respondent No.4, the District Magistrate, Supaul to remove encroachment/ demolish the R.C.C.

bridge illegally constructed by anti-social elements under the leadership of Private Respondent No.13 the former Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Ram Dutta Patti, P.S. + Block + District- Supaul at 67.40 of Eastern side of Koshi embankment."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Supaul, DistrictSupaul for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Supaul, District- Supaul, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.
