====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2733C of 2012 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26427 of 2017 (5) dt.03-11-2017 party no. 2, who are husband and wife, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute, which would appear from the compromise petition dated 12.10.2017, which is the part of Mediator's report dated 17.10.2017.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has no objection to allow the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2733C of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
