The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 103 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 120, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the history of litigation, which is grave in nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
