The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Khajekalan P.S. Case No.222/16 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 509/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation as per the F.I.R. is that scuffle took place in between the informant and petitioners including their family members on petty matter in course of which the informant sustained injury.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26851 of 2017 (3) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Patna City, in Khajekalan P.S. Case No.222/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
